Yes Teall is an Australian brand based in Perth Western Australia.

Teall Jewellery, founded by Kyla Hohenstein in 2019, is an
Australian label designed to meet the demand for stylish, versatile jewellery
that doesn't come with an exorbitant price tag. The brand specializes in
crafting or sourcing exquisite pieces, with a focus on minimalistic beauty.
Teall is best loved for its beautiful Gold vermeil and sterling silver
jewellery.

That is a great question.

Originally, we were “by Teall with
Love”. We then decided to simply the name of our brand to Teall. So, every time
you see Teall with double “LL” remember that the last L is love. Love for you,
for what we do, and love for life.

Yes we do offer a click and collect service. Items are generally ready for collection within four hours of you placing an order. You will receive a text message and or email confirming that your order is ready for collection.

We process orders every working day and aim to have your order on its way within 48 hours of you placing your order.

Same-state delivery is typically two to 4 business days. Interstate 3 to 6 business days.

Domestic Express shipping will take approximately 1 to 3 days. Rural Australia may take a few days longer. International express shipping can take 3 to 14 days.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation of shipping, and a tracking number to track your order.

There are no shipping costs for items to be delivered in Australia or New Zealand.
